Yes! Our hair is 100% virgin, each bundle comes from reputable sources and is carefully inspected before shipping.

2. Can the hair be bleached or dyed?

Absolutely — our virgin hair can lift to a blonde level 7 with one bleach session when handled properly. We recommend having it colored by a professional stylist to maintain its softness and integrity, we have some tagged in our instagram highlights.

3. What does “double drawn” mean?

Double drawn hair means the bundles are full and thick from root to tip — no thin or wispy ends as majority of the short hairs have been taken out. You’ll need fewer bundles for a fuller, more luxurious look.

4. How long does the hair last?

With good care, our virgin hair can last 2 years or longer. Proper maintenance — gentle washing, conditioning, and heat protection — keeps it looking fresh and silky.

5. How should I care for my hair?

• Wash with sulfate-free shampoo after installs.
• Use a moisturizing conditioner and leave-in treatments.
• Always air dry when possible and use heat protectant before styling.
• Store wigs and bundles in a silk or satin bag when not in use.

6. What’s the processing and shipping time?

• Processing: 5 - 7) business days (custom wigs or orders may take longer).
• Shipping: 2–4 business days within the UK; 5–10 for international orders.

7. Do you offer custom orders you dont sell as apart of your tailored units?

Yes! Reach out via email or social media to inquire about other hair not on our site. (including tape-ins)
