💌 Refund & Return Policy

🛍️ All sales are final.

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once hair has been opened, installed, or altered in any way. This includes washing, coloring, cutting, or styling the hair.

Exceptions:

• If you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The hair must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received for us to review your case.
• Approved returns will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
